Title cannot seem to upgrade my underwater seed quality.

Reproduction Steps
Since latest hotfix I've not been able to upgrade my seed quality ( produce quality) to silver and above from the oracle chamber . I've tried to exit and reboot my game but it still is not letting me upgrade them.
Repro Rate
Ive been experiencing this since the latest hotfix 06/10/2024.

I am running into the same issue. Also on Xbox series x. I am unable to upgrade my seeds to bronze. Found a reddit page with quite a few others having the same issue. I have only seen people reporting this on the Xbox console.

I also tested this with Game Pass on PC. It didn't work there either.
