I have maxed out Fishing level. It even says 36/0 after the level. Got all 6 skills also. I accidentally bought Fishing elixirs instead of others so now I have extra 2 skill points for Fishing which I have no use for. Is there a way to transfer these skill points?

No. The elixirs are bugged, you're only supposed to be able to purchase one of each. So if you bought more, that's going to stay bugged for you

But you can roll back your save if you've only recently purchased them. The backups go back 10 days.
