I completed Master Slime and Pandazen one after the other. Neither are allowing me to collect their rewards. I have reloaded the game as well as progressed in my days to see if it would fix it but it did not.
I play on PS5, game version 1.1-1226, and play with controller.

Can you let us know the order when you try to complete the Offerings? Like when completing Master Slime, what items did you place first, second, and next? 😮
Also, did you complete both of the Offerings on the same day?

I believe I placed the artifacts, then fossils, then computer, ring, backpack. I did complete both on the same day, one right after the other. Master Slime was first, then Pandazen. I do not remember the order of the food for Pandazen though.

Got it! Do you happen to place the same type of Artifacts and Fossils (4/4) for the Master Slime offerings?

I do not. I just did the Lady Levara shrine and had the same results. I placed the eggs, then the milk, then the mayonnaise, then the cheese, and lastly dino holo plates (pterodactyl).
