#Xbox controller is getting crazy

I trief to play with my Xbox Controller, but each time I press the LB my game turns out crazy and jump trough all the taps automatically. Then I try to go back to mouse and keyboard, but my mouse wasn't working anymore. - see the record

Repro:

  1. Connect the Xbox controller with the PC (BT)
  2. Start the game
  3. Start a new story
  4. Press Y
  5. Press RB

Rate:
Happens right now.

Expected result:
If I press a button, nothing should go crazy like this and if I start to use mouse and or keyboard, it should work as normal.

Edit, found out whats wrong. I activated this in steam and that's why my controller was going crazy. Now it's deactivated and the game works fine again.
