I've done the Giants Disguise quest twice now, had to buy the coat twice, and completed the quest (went to the village, spoke to the mayor with the giants, they had fun) and then I'm immediately transported back to the village and they're asking me to do it all over again. What am I missing? Or is this a glitch?
