I just finished speaking with Scott and this area in world just unlocked for me. These were the only dialogue options with this new NPC. I passed Scott going to this area, spoke with him, and this is the exact same dialogue. Entering new area didn’t trigger a cut scene so maybe it’s that?? I’m not really sure😅 I can’t stop playing this game regardless
