I play on pc (steam). This is my second server. The first server I was offering to master slime and get reward (master slime outfit) but the second one it's said i used to receive and i can't get the slime suit

I can't take a video because I finished this quest. But I can tell you what happened in detail. On the first server where I gave the items to Master Slime and Panda Zen, I received rewards normally. After that, I created a new server to marry Princess Miranjani. When I gave things to Slime and Panda It appears that I have already received the outfit. But for Lady Lavanna, I never gave her anything on the first server. When I gave her on the second server I can receive rewards normally.

Btw how can i share backup?

I already deleted the first server. But I still can't receive rewards on second server
