Osmium Eggs?

Hello, I have the last shrine to do and it's Lady's but I'm not sure how to get Osmium Eggs to make the salted ostrich egg, can someone please guide me in the right direction? I would greatly appreciate it.

Get the ostrich's heart up. Pet, feed osmium hay, keep out of the rain.
