Fruit plant not growing

I have these 3, the first is a banana plant, and it's been the same for 20 days now. I don't think it's doing anything. Am I doing something wrong? I tried watering a few times too, but still nothing.

All four squares of each fruit plant need to be watered daily, even after they are full grown and bearing fruit
