tried to upgraded my Gold pickaxe to Osmium (didnt take my gold pickaxe when i gave the materials for upgrade) 4 days later retrieved tool got a Osmium Watering Can.
Tool upgrade screen still says i have wooden level Can and gold level Pickaxe.

And what did you do when you were in the Blacksmith?

Oh gosh uhh i think i had just finished up cleaning the ocean or just before that? i believe my inventory was full from either picking all my crops (season was about to change or it had and i was full inventory seeds i know i was rushing stuff because i was on a small time crunch.
its been a minute so i don't recall that clearly 😦
i do know full inventory for sure
