I’ve been playing since August 1st of this year, I never had a problem with crashes until I think beginning of this month.. I’m not fully sure but at first the crashes happened after the game saved. Wasn’t much of a problem as I was still able to play so I had reported that through an email and continued playing. However, last night for me after I just finished Summer of year 3 my game crashed and just would not load up my save at all. I tried loading it up a couple times but once it reached 100% and I heard the sounds like as if it was loading it would then crash the whole game and take me to my Xbox home. I tried again just a couple minutes ago and it still won’t load my game up. I just wanted to report this on my end even if others reported just to spread awareness. Hope these issues get worked out!😊

Our teams are aware of this issue, as there's been many similar reports before, and we're actively investigating its root cause. Resolving this has become one of the top priorities for us. However, due to the complexity of the issue, it may take some additional time to find a solution 🙇♀️
