Hey, so my partner and me have been grinding on this game ever since we got hooked. He plays on the Series S. I play on my original xbox one. Not had issues with mine but his is on year 3. Was both playing normally at night, we go to play the next day the night after and his all of a sudden doesn't work. Absolutely devastated.. he's had to start all again and loose all his progress while watching my farm gleaming. He's tried everything, downloading the actual game- doesn't work, tried to clear cache or saved data on the xbox, clearing cloud data's, contacted Microsoft which they said its to do with coral island not them. He's also tried signing into his account on my xbox, it does the same. He's also tried deleting and reinstalling, multiple times. It let's him create a new saved game, which he is currently playing but not to access the old data. I've tried clicking the button show backup, and tried loading all three from them but does the same thing. Same error message every time, it's been about a week and a half now. He's so upset as we used to play this on a night together and irs devastating, I'm not looking for a refund or anything, he just wants his game back. Please so images and please please please help us 😭❤️
