Cant trigger the " to the surface" quest's cutscene

I think, I did everything correctly and still dont have any cutscene and I am not sure that why my quest doesn't have checklist like other ( I saw in Youtube ).

I haven't looked at youtube, but the checklist could be an older version of the game (if watching a video, check the number in the bottom right of the screen & compare to your game - that's the game version)

Maybe Reset anchor location and run around there? There isn't a checklist at the step you are showing of that quest

Try going to the dock on a sunny day between 8am-12pm, reseting your diving point, and then diving. If that doesn't work you may have a bug

thanks for replying, I try everything now and still not trigger the event.
In sunny day, before 12 pm, reset anchor, 22-28 Fall, diving from other place, diving from 10 m teleport. Oh God!! what happened???

If you just unlocked the quest during Fall 22-28, there's a chance it won't activate until Winter 22-28

I am also struggling with this as I completed the task mid way through winter, and got to winter 22-28. It is also not working for me, and I've tried a lot of suggestions beforehand. A pop-up show up on screen after I reset the diving point to dive, and it say failed to load the cutscene.

Hi, I activated this stage at Fall 19th and I try 2 times when in sunny day and still didn’t work.
