Missing a singular pillar, ive cleared all trash in the area??

Usually i suggest trying all the ways into that area/clearing trash near the area but not in it if you can’t get in, but I think according to the map you should be able to get into that area if you come in from the left? Idk

Thank you for that. I did check all other ways around/in and it’s only that tiny section I can’t access. I did see that online some ppl had to wait a few days for the trash to respawn? I wonder if it’s a bug

So, I wasn't in the same location but I cleared all the trash in one area and was confused because it didn't pop an orb anywhere...

Walked through the whole area backwards and forwards looking everywhere. Spotted the tiniest piece of something that didn't quite match hidden behind a big pillar. Whacked with my scythe and it disappeared and there was a hum sound as if an orb dropped. Clicked blindly, orb flew out.

You might be unlucky like that, and have a piece of trash hiding behind a chunk of the environment.

Yeah, if you have the red barrier it's because you haven't surfaced and gotten the cutscene with Ling.

Pretty sure was kicked out by the robot because it almost midnight

note: you must surface using the anchor, not teleporting using the waypoint.

getting kicked out by the robot probably also doesn't cause the cutscene.

If you get to that magical red barrier thing, it should give a reason rather than just blocking you; it'll likely say something about how you have to talk to ling.

But, most liekly you just need to dive -> surface using anchor and it'll trigger a cutscene.

Oh, you're not at the game now. OK, yeah. Idk if I'll be on then since it's late here rn but compare it to the map Frosty copied into this chat. If you have all of them, which should be 20/20 for the region, the other thing to check is if you dive and then immediately surface using the anchor.

I did log on last night left the ocean for 3 in game days and had only to remove two new span trash pieces and it then worked for me and dropped an artifact.
