I noticed the day of the Cherry Festival the talk icon would appear for NPC's but you couldn't speak with them. Nina, the princess, a new tourist. Couldn't speak before or durning the Festival to at least these 3. Year 3 XBOX series S.

Good morning, I am working on a new character. Year 1 cherry festival went smoothly but the princess and Nina are not in year one. I was able to talk with everyone else.
