I made it to floor 75 of the cave of memories and ate the wellness fruit that gave hp boost. The sign above my head remained though even after exiting cave and going back home and starting a new day. Had to exit out of the game for it to finally disappear. I think this was on the second Thursday or Friday of Fall Year 2.
