Is there a possibility that the DLC that was previously sold will be resold? I didn't even know it existed because it was sold before I knew about Coral Island. The design of the DLC items is something I really want to have.

Unfortunately, at this time, there's no indication that the DLCs will be returning. As they were limited-run DLCs with all money going to charity, the rules on them seem to be a little finicky.
