Unable to remove / change windows of skinned shed

Reproduction Steps:

1. Go inside a skinned shed like the carrot shed
2. Put a window on a wall
3. Try and remove or changed the window (you cannot remove / select the window)
4. Try and place another window (It will create another layer)

Repro Rate: Always

Game Platform: PC

Input Mode: Controller and Keyboard/Mouse
