I cant develop equpment “auto SFH”
It said that need previous upgrade, but i already have sprinklers I, II, III.
Is it bug or what should i do?

Ahhh the previous upgrade mean you have to make Auto fertilizer, Auto Seed, Auto Harvest, before you can make Auto SFH 😂
