I read somewhere that you can unlock it after you harvest a meteor or satellite at Concerned Monkey. I was preparing collecting the materials to attempt the DIY expert achievement and then I realized I was missing that scarecrow recipe. I've had two meteors happen on my farm so far and harvested but not a satellite so I'm wondering if its satellite only or is it possible that it might be a bug. I'm already currently in Fall year 3.
