Reproduction Steps : Any cutscenes. Event, relationship, story. You can go pass it by entering another building or something that lets you change the view.
Repro Rate : All the time. Thank you i haven't been in a situation where i couldn't change the view by interacting with an object or entering a building.

same for me on ps5. Also happens upon entering festivals. Not playable until this is fixed. Unless if you dont want to attend the festivals ... The screen turns black after EVERY cut scene and you cant make it go away unless you enter a building. But in a festival you can't do that so the whole festival is ruined by a black screen
