Hello there! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. goatlove2
May I ask the in-game date and time when you see the cutscene? Could you please describe your detailed activities before it happens?

As for the save file, sometimes AppData is hidden, so you can try to unhide it first in the File Explorer (in your PC's username).
Then, kindly copy-paste this file path: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

You can compress the SaveGames folder into a zip file and send it here. Thank you so much! approve2

It's been a few days since I played. If I remember right, I had been spending the day fishing/bug catching to try to catch up on the museum donations.

I made sure that "hidden items" should have been showing and its not bringing up anything on my C drive or on my hard drive that I have allocated for game space.

I see. Thank you for your confirmation of the details, Dissdash.
Apart from the drive, you can also check your Steam Cloud storage through this link to find the save file: https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage.

Search for Coral Island and click on “show files.” Search for the file name “ProjectCoral/Saved/SaveGames/DailySave_0.sav”, and download the file.
You can also download some of the Backup files there and send them here. Thank you!
