No, but from what I'm reading you have to see the previous heart-event cutscenes for this trigger. The catch is I don't know how to see previous cutscenes and have gone through a list of cutscene locations as per a reddit post, going at the right times to the right locations and nothing.

I haven't been able to trigger any of these events? I'm at heart 6 with Noah right now and honestly can't remember which ones I've already done lmao

Then I recommend going back to the start. Do you have the Tablet of Memories yet? That shows which ones you've already seen
