Crashing when fast traveling from farm to underwater farm

Tried 5 times and has crashed every single time. I make my seeds for the underwater farming quest and then try to fast travel to the underwater farm from my farm and the game crashes and unreal engine pops up with attached lowlevelfatalerror. The game has been crashing all day with multiple different error messages, this one was the easiest to recreate.

I am on pc windows 11.
My pc specs are:
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i9-13900k
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090

Input method: xbox controller

I don't have a video nvidia won't let you record anything when a game crashes. I can try to record up to the point it crashes? I am experiencing this again today. I'll try to attach.
