I was looking at similar threads, one was in 2022 and one wasn't answered, and I've had this question for a long time as well. But how many save files can we have? In the beginning, I heard that you could do up to 3. But I was wondering if that was true? I currently have 2 right now, and I did want to try and make more.

You can have a lot on Steam. Not sure about console. But it won’t wipe at 3 that’s for sure. I have 5 on Steam right now.

You can also always double save your backups from every save on PC if you are afraid of losing them! That way the most you would ever lose is the current play session on this one farm rather than an entire save
