Okay, so when I got this game I was playing really casually before I realized that I need to work on the altars to up town rank (I was at end of Fall Year 2 when I discovered this) and it was not merit points that increased town rank.
So now I'm at Spring Year 3 and I have to wait until Fall again to get my last offering - the Great Sea Bass - and achieve town rank A.
I know there is so much more content unlocked at that rank but I'm worried that there is a time limit? I just finished my third tree planting festival and they're like, "nothing more to plant here!".
Is there only a certain amount of years you can play/the main story has to be achieved by or does it technically go on forever?
