I have bought everything from Antonio's store at rank S but didn't get the badge. At the store not the computer.
I have:
Outfits - 32
Shirts - 105
Pants - 111
Shoes - 39
Glasses - 11
Hats - 26
Backpacks - 10

Does he get more stuff after rank S? Not sure what I could be missing.

did you play on steam ?

what i can suggest is redo it. clear out your wardobe
and do it very thoroughly. put everything that you have bought into the wardobe so you can track it.
im on steam and managed to trigger it

when i get more shells imma sell all the outfits i have and rebuy em and see if it pops without the outfits... if it does ill take em off the guide and if it doesnt ill submit the bug report

if someone reads this and is S rank town can they check the white flamingo for blue,peach,navy, and black one piece? (dont have town rank s yet)
