Reproduction Steps went underwater to do the daily tasks and the farm animals didnt have the right info graphic on above their head.
I had a similar problem before, i placed the auto collector in one barn and i couldnt milk or sheer any of the animals in that barn or the other one and couldnt interact with the auto collector who also didnt have the exclamation point to indicate that it collected something. after closing and reopening the game it now seems to work. apparently the auto collector Did collect in the time it wouldnt work for me though so i have the animal products

On that day iirc I got up did the daily tasks on the land farm, so letting the animals out, checking the auto collectors, putting milk in the cheese presse, put golden eggs into mayo machines, fill the other stuff into the auto chests in the sheds, got the wines out of the auto chests and sold them.
Then i went on a bit of a present spree where i gifted a bunch of villagers i dont have full hearts with yet, though i dont recall which ones, sorry. then i went to the underwater farm and saw this bug.
As described in the original post I first ran into issues with the underwater animal products when i placed an auto collector into the underwater barn. None of the underwater animals were able to be milked or sheered, even the ones in the other barn. I closed the game since i saw that there had been issues with that before and didnt think too much of it because i knew you guys were already working on it. When i played again some time later I ran into the issue displayed in the video

Yes, yes. As for the Auto Collector bug that you've mentioned, our team is currently fixing this issue.
The Auto Collector in the underwater barn has a object pointer issue when using the mouse. You can try to hover the mouse on the corner of the screen to interact with it while we're fixing this. Thank you!

Hmmm I don't remember it specifically but most likely I harvested and replanted what I could. Sold all crops that I still need to unlock in the grocery store, from those I unlocked I kept gold and osmium quality ones. Probably forgot to feed the animals because I'm so used to the auto feeder now, but I did see someone explain how they can open the auto collector so I did collected the products. Probably let the animals out of the barn? Depending on what time of day I made it there since after like 3pm it appears to not let you do that anymore
Though this is just an approximation because I can't recall sorry!

Hello! We've additional question. Do you still remember the in-game date when you placed the Auto Collector or Auto Petter in both of your Underwater Barns? Before the issue occurs do you happen to move the Auto Petter to the other position? Or moving the Barn position? Thank you!

Hi, I placed the auto petter in the upper barn on the day I got the animals and in the lower barn way before I could buy animals, auto collector I placed in the lower one at the same time as the petter iirc and in the upper one I genuinely don't recall, but I don't think it was long before this bug occurred.
I never moved the underwater barns
And I never moved the auto petter/ auto collector
Iirc one of the issues with the auto collector was for me that I couldn't move it possibly because of the interaction window of it being a bit off
