After movies background and assets suddenly black

Reproduction Steps I went into the bar in the evening, it triggered the wateru cutscene where the player character starts talking about planning a party, i then went and gave the merfolk in the bar pink diamonds as gifts and invited semeru to the movie, after being brought back into the tavern after the movies it looked as it does in the video. after leaving and coming back inside everything is as normal again
Repro Rate first time this happened, ill check by asking someone else to the movies from the tavern

went to the movies with noah afterwards and it didnt bring me back to the tavern but rather left me in the rec center, which loaded like normal

it appears to happen when you load back into the original building rather than outside the hangout spot
