Btw, I don't think I have any proof or screenshots etc but I could choose the arcana tail when I originally became a mermaid. I had it for a while but I switched sometime later and then found that I couldn't find it again. I originally thought this was like an accidental unlock that is only supposed to be chooseable for kick starter backers or something like that but having it unlocked now I figure it is a bug.
It was available for me when I first transformed and could choose a tail, it wasn't available anymore after that

Oh, after you finish the Resupply Merfolk Kingdom II, is there any Arcana Tail after you click the Reward button in Quest Journal?

Yes I did unlock it at that point like normal but I originally unlocked it the first time I turned into a mermaid when you first got to choose the tail.

Additionally, I noticed that if I have the arcana tail equipped my pc sounds like it runs way hotter, like my fans are really picking up. I first thought that it might be related to some memory issues since I saw other people posting about that but when I switched back to one of the less flashy tails that wasn't a problem anymore. So it, at least on my end, seems like the arcana tail is a bit of a resource hoarder possibly because of the additional effects with the light effects. Though it's really odd because since I had it at the start when I first turned it didn't give me any of these issues, only now when I actually unlock it with the resupply 2 quest

And I don't think it's a problem with my hardware since my PC should be able to handle coral island without issues

Oh, allow me to clarify, so when you claim the Reward Button from quest Resupply Merfolk Kingdom II, did you get the Coin and Arcana Tail as the reward?

Previously, you bought the Arcana Tail in the Oracle Chamber, is that correct?

Oh, yes I did!

Previously I didn't buy it necessarily, I chose it as the first fish tail just after completing the One of Us Quest. I did receive it in the Oracle Chamber

Yes, yes. I've confirmed with the team that the Arcana Tail is supposed to be unlocked after finishing the Resupply Merfolk Kingdom II quest. So, when you can purchase it after finishing the One of Us quest, it's a bug previously and the team has fixed it.

May I ask if you have tried to go to the Oracle Chamber shop to see if you can buy the Arcana Tail now?

Yes, I can buy it now! And I did equip it for a few days which is when I had the performance issues. Previously when I had the tail after One of Us I didn't have these issues at all which is why it struck me as odd that it would cause these issues now. This was during 1.1-1225.

A live streamer - Booster - also chose the arcana tail in the one of us quest, so that is obviously available as a vod on his channel if you need video evidence.
