Every time I try to propose, I'm told he's not ready and we need to know each other better. Year 2 Summer 24, I'm Rank B, just unlocked the Savannah (but not the cave,) house is upgraded to the marriage level and pending the kids expansion, we're dating, I assume this is a bug
