Mining elixir didt work

i did not get the mining elixir skill point

before that i bought and used the diving elixir

build version (v1.1-1226)

xbox series x elite controller

auto save file year 2, spring 13

Same, but with the Diving Elixir. Was already lvl 10. just trying to buy my last point, took my merit points, but did not give me the point. went to bed saved game, exited, and then restarted, still no point. I ha a screen shot of the diving elixir being sold out after purchase, but when I went to paste here, it was gone 😦
