Tourists not showing on map

  I ran into Lily Jinx outside the Carpenters shop on Fall 28, 12:40 or so. She doesn't show up even as she walked to a different area of the map. I'm Rank A.

  Unsure, first time I've seen a tourist on my island, and I've never seen a ? on the map.
