Underwater Farm Teleportation

I'm currently unable to use the underwater farm teleporter. When I try to travel to the farm, instead of ending up underwater, I just stay in the same spot that I tried to teleport from.

You’ve put something too close to the teleporter. Move it and you will be able to teleport there again.
