Hello Dimossa! So sorry for the crash issue that happened in your gameplay.
To help us determine the problem, could you please describe in more detail your in-game activities before the crash happened when saving?

Can you let us know the in-game date when the issue happens? Please share your save file on that day with us so our team can take a closer look.
To find the file, kindly copy-paste this file path into your File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames (the sav. files)
Thank you so much!

nothing special is done. general actions, crashes vary from place/time, nop consistency. It does seem there is slight memory leak present, might be part of the issue.

I understand. May I ask for your device’s specifications details (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)? You can check how to do it here https://techguided.com/how-to-check-your-computer-specs/

Also, have you tried to verify the game as well? You can do that by right-clicking the game on the Steam library, clicking Installed Files, and clicking Verify Integrity of Game Files. Thank you!

I keep crashing too. All crashes sent in . My computer is only on 25% capacity when running the game so it is not the computer that is at fault. The game has not been stable since the upgrade and it is very frustrating when it crashes mid day and you have done a lot. It all seems to be centered on the Savannah since I seem to always crash either there or returning from there with inventory fully loaded. The game really need work. Finding something else to play till I hear that it is more stable rather than get frustrated constantly having to replay the same days over and over due to not being able to save anything and crashes.

I had a chain of crashes while mining recently.
It took a while to find the similarity, but i did catch that a number of them did occur when an enemy is hit by or dies to a bomb in normal mine. 3/6 times it was the hornet

Hi Dimossa! Oh, I apologize if it seemed like I was blaming the hardware—that wasn't my intention.

We're trying to pinpoint the source of the problem since you've encountered different types of crash issues. For example, the latest crash log shows a D3D error, which could indicate a compatibility issue with the device's graphics card.

If you could provide us with more detailed information about your graphics card and processor, it would greatly help our team investigate further. Also, may I ask if you have checked if your graphics drivers are up to date?

Additionally, could you try setting the graphics card used by Coral Island to "High Performance"?
Here are the detailed steps [you can also refer to the screenshot attached]:

  • Type "Graphics Settings" in the Start menu
  • Click on "Desktop App"
  • Select the Coral Island application
  • Click on "Options"
  • Set the Graphic preference to "High Performance"

Thank you!

Hey, can't play the game because of large amount of random crashes for example: just running, during mining, during emty trash can, after wake up.
4-5 time during one ingame day
it's so annoying, to have to do the same things over and over again. 😕

My specs:

  • Windows 11 Pro
  • Prozessor AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor 4.20 GHz
  • 32 GB Ram
  • Graphic card GeForce RTX 2060 12GB
  • SSD M2
  • K/M

I've updatet all drivers,
Graphic is up to high,
closed all background programs
verified my game during steam
reinstall the game and the game still crashes!

What is going on? I played it in 2022 in EA without any problems.
And don't say I should set the graphics to high or update my drivers. It's already done. I just want play the game. 🥺

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear about the crash issues you’ve encountered, but thank you for reporting it and providing details on the actions you’ve already taken.

I’ve shared your crash log with the team, but they’ll need a bit more information to identify the problem. Could you send us screenshots or a video of your in-game Display Settings? Additionally, if the issue happens again, a screenshot of your Task Manager would be really helpful for our investigation.

Thank you so much for your cooperation!

Hello, Dimossa. We understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the crashes.
The dev team is actively working on resolving crash issues, but we need more specific information from you to properly address your case.

If you don't mind, could you please provide details about your GPU (graphics card)? You've mentioned 4090 previously, could you share a screenshot of your Performance Tab in Task Manager so we can read the details of your GPU?

On the latest crash issue, can you let us know the specific actions you were taking in-game when it occurred? Could you please send the latest crash log to us?

Crashes can be caused by a wide range of factors, and without this information, it’s challenging to pinpoint the root cause. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you!
