Cutscenes merged together

I had a large glitch that caused the mermaid chaperone part 4 cut-scene merge together with the cut-scene for unlocking the underwater farm while also having my character dressed as though she was on land rather than underwater.

• Reproduction Steps On Spring 1st, I had two events I went to - the rank A celebration and reporting to Naga palace for the chaperone part 4. I went to the rank A celebration (which ran perfectly), teleported to the underwater kingdom, and entered the palace. The 4 of us entered (I had my tail) and started playing a flashback of dancing at the tavern. It then disjointedly switched to a cut-scene of me swimming up to the thrones where Cho Oyu was talking with the king+queen followed by them taking me to a hallway/separate room. I was dressed in my land outfit, so this is when I started recording. At the end of the unlocking underwater farm cut-scene, I was unable to complete the mermaid chaperone quest from my quest list.
• Repro Rate Only get to see the cut-scene once, so assuming not replicable in a single save file. Haven't tried loading a backup save to see if it happens again.
• Game Platform Playing on Steam (v1.1-1226) using an Xbox controller

Just a little update - I noticed on Spring 3 the "Wait until expedition date end" for the Mermaid Chaperone part 4 quest was no longer crossed off. I'll check to see if I can try to actually complete the quest after the Spring expedition

I just went to bed on Spring 14th and immediately went into the cutscene for Mermaid Chaperone Part 4, so it seems like my game knew the cutscene was supposed to run. Afterwards I could claim the quest reward, so my game is now all good, but I still don't know why the glitch happened originally

Do you still remember what in-game date when the Merfolk Chaperone Part 4 appeared in your Quest journal list?

I completed part 3 in Winter year 2 - I don't remember the exact day, but it was the first or second day of the mermaids being on land that season. Part 4 then appeared in my journal and was only available to complete "after exhibition end" which was on Spring 1st year 3.
