Hi I got the Crop express skill but ever since i got it none of my crops have been growing faster, i know there's only 10% chance but i think i got the skill at the end of fall and its the end of winter now and all my crops have been growing at a normal rate. I also got the greenhouse and my crops there are growing normal as well.
Reproduction Steps: get the crop express skill, plant a bunch of crops, wait for them to grow, all of them grows at normal speed.
Repro Rate: every time with all my crops

Input Mode: Xbox controller
I took screenshots of 8 days in my greenhouse and as you can see all of them grow normally, this applies to all other crops in greenhouse and outside.
