I can't get Event 10 for Mark. I am not sure why. I follow all the guides. I go to the beach from 12 to 4 PM since summer and now, it's fall already and it's not yet triggered. He is already my boyfriend, and he has 10 hearts already. I don't get the event yet.

you have to see his 8th heart event first.

Oh got it. Is there like a timeframe? Coz it's been like more than 40 days already and I haven't gotten a letter from him. The only letter I got is ||from the blacksmith that states that I can already buy a ring||. Is that the mail?
