Harvest Festival still broken? Xbox X/S

Now you can get on the rewards without the game crashing, however you cannot claim the rewards AT ALL! I've pressed every single button on my controller, you literally can't claim them, all you can do is back out of looking at the rewards, I got the stamina fruit in the mail afterwards but it was a letter just saying I think you'd like this, not stating it's from the festival and why do you only get one thing if you have the highest score and not all of them ? I'm so confused, and I don't feel like it flows right, I'm not sure if it's a bug or just poorly done but it needs sorting out, it's confusing. 😂

Does the "rewards" is the only thing that you can't claimed? Can you claim your submitted crops? 😮

Also, what year did you encounter this bug?

@dapper quail yes, it's only the rewards, I was able to get my crops back, I noticed on the claim rewards section even though I had max points it had a lock over all rewards except the last one, I don't know if that's just how it's supposed to be, but couldn't press claim, I tried putting different amounts of the crops in and out of the box and I just couldn't use the claim button at all, and the stamina fruit was in my mail box when I got back. I'm on year 3, not sure if it happens in the first or second year as my save file was from before the bug updates for the festivals 😱😭❤️

I didn't, no, I didn't think to till after I'd saved and it'd been an hour or so, if I encounter the same issue again in the next year I shall record it and add it
