Hi I'm playing on the xbox series s, again after 8 months break and yet the game is still a struggle to play due the game crashing after every 2 game days. No matter what actions I take or how small the game days are as soon as I take my character to bed for a second time it saves the game then goes back throws me off the game and back to my xbox dashboard.

This is the third time I've tried playing this game and really want to enjoy it but untill the bugs are fixed I can't get into it properly

Update: I have changed the day speed on the game to make the days go quicker and it has caused the game to now crash every game day instead of 2 game days, are you devs even going to respond back I've already seen you have responded back to other reports in the past 24 hours?

I have the same issue with my game. I play on xbox series s and when I go to bed it saves the game and it acts like it's going to the next day but closes the game. Very frustrated! Really enjoy the game but this is a game breaker! Hope they solve the issue.

At this moment I have been 3 days without being able to play the game, it does not go past the main loading screen.

Besides the game crashing every night when I go to sleep, playing on Xbox S is very frustrating.

I agree we need solutions the game has been out long enough for it not to be crashing like it is the game should've not been released so early like it was without these things being checked properly, feels like the release was rushed too soon, so frustrating as it's got so much potential to be one of the best games around

The teams are still investigating this issue, however, we need some info to help us solve this issue. If you can provide these details to us, it will be really helpful:

  • How long you've been playing in a day (real-life) before this crash happened?
  • Have you successfully completed one in-game day before the crash happened?
  • What game speed setting did you choose when playing the game? You can check it on the setting.
  • What is your current in-game season and year?
  • How many auto chests do you have?
  • Have you healed the Coral tree and become a merfolk?
  • How many donations have you made to the museum?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your town rank progression in the journal, and your farm layout?

I'm happy to share that we've fixed various crashes that happen on Xbox (especially Xbox Series S), with one of the fixes is a crash after saving the game and your character went to sleep.
