Fruit trees then Fruit plants?

So I want to plant both in my greenhouse. I wanted to know if it was possible to have the trees grown in first, then plant the plants around them afterwards. Or will that stop the fruit trees from producing after they are grown?

I've tried it Trees with Crops are fine. Supposedly, you are able to do it with Plants. Or you should do it to inform us.

I think there won't be a growth pause in this game. Too much mechanic to be implemented.

You can plant the fruit trees, then plant your fruit plants straight away. It doesn’t mess up the grow time of the trees. You just can’t plant them with other things around.
