I finally got the celebration cutscene and now everyone acknowledges that I'm rank A, but the attractions aren't triggering. I'm coming up on the spring festival so I'm not sure how much longer I have to keep waiting or if this is a glitch.

Give it a few more days. In the meantime head up to the end of the lake and keep an eye out for a letter from the king.
