I was pretty much just walking around after starting the day- i think it was 9a in game cuz I was trying to hunt Yuri down to give her an item. It had said she was in her home till 9a and I was waiting to catch her walking to the clinic
I couldnt find her on the map, so I clicked the find NPC button and found Yuri and Jim just chilling outside the map bounds

I believe she returned to the actual map area around 12p in game, and she appeared at the beach walking up to the clinic
