#Temple doesn't give rewards

Hi! I play with my bf. I play on console he plays on PC. He has an issue with temple rewards. After completing some of the offerings he doesn't get the reward. No flower spawns. He turned the game off and start again,he also starts the new save and nothing works. :/

If he uses gamepass and tries to off the gems, he should off all the gems in 1 go. It's a known bug.
