Any chicken I buy is a brown one. I don't know if this is a new bug but i just had 3 brown chickens. (i sold one just now before thinking of reporting this). This has been my second game where this happens and I buy my chickens between 8 and 9 in the morning. I play on Steam with keyboard and mousse and my build version is: v1.1-225.

It’s not a bug, it’s just RNG basically the chickens are random so you’ll either get brown or white on random if you get another brown just sell it and try for a white

Hey sorry I couldn't get the save file. My pc broke and I had to get rid of everything 🙃😅. I'll see once my new one is set up if I can recover my steam cloud save and than share it if I can. I really hope my pc didn't break that hard
