Check scarecrow recipes in crafting menu to confirm that the merit shop recipes have yet to be learned.
Access the merit shop via the computer located outside the farm house.
Purchase a scarecrow and check the mailbox to loot the scarecrow.
Notice that the recipe is not learned.
Reload the day and go to the merit shop in the community center.
Purchase the same scarecrow and notice that the recipe is instantly learned.
Repro Rate: This can be reproduced at will as long as merit points are available.
