#Merit Points Not being Applied

Reproduction Steps: Won all games at the beach clean up, the attending 40 points and the 100 points per game did not apply, even though they show up in my log.
Repro Rate: I reverted to an old save to retry and same error happened.
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version: v1.1-1225
Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse

Work around that worked for me and others

  1. Go right after you wake up so you can reload if it fails
  2. Purchase the elixir
  3. Right click a bunch of times until the dialogue stops proceeding
  4. Left click ONCE to proceed the dialogue
  5. Right click a bunch of times until your player eats the fruit.

If they eat the fruit you should be good to go! Just double check that you got a mastery point for it
