I think it's dont on pupuse because of the cat ears, to hide the human ones !

Hi @dapper sundial I have confirmed with the team that the outfit comes as a set with the hair, but it does not change the color of your existing hair. Therefore, this is not a bug. Thank you Saroya for helping to answer this.
