I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but when I’m offering to the rare altar, especially the precious gem slot. I have finished offering 3 rare gems and multiple times finished offering uncommon gems and starting to find the super rare ones. But if I saves the game and exit, the uncommon gems and the super rare ones I’ve offered are gone. Like it’s not saved, so every time I log in to the game that specific part is not saved. Everything else is as I left it but not the altar to offer gems.
Help!!

Are you on PC or console? This was fixed on PC. On console you'll just need to wait until you have all the gems for the whole bundle and offer them all at once.

I’m on Console and that’s what I did was just waited until I had them all otherwise they disappeared

I'm on PC and unless it was fixed today, I just noticed this happened to me s well. I only needed 1 more gem and now today had 0/3 for both uncommon and rare again 😦

PC steam or PC game pass? It was fixed for PC steam a couple weeks ago

then yes, you didn't get the update because Stairway has no access to consoles (GP is a console port)
