Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm very confused with Kenny's idle dialogue and didn't find a single soul mention this.
He says: "Hmm, just look at her go... Oh, my apologies there. I sort of got lost in the swirling wind. It's all very theatrical, don't you think?"
My questions are: who is that "her" that he watches going, and what is exactly "theatrical"?

I'm pretty sure the "she" he mentions is the wind itself. He probably means the wind looks dramatic that day if that makes more sense?

oh? is it ever explained why the wind is a lady? is it in the game's lore? I'm really curious and completely lost. thought he might be talking about the goddess, but she's not quite present so far

I've never seen an explanation for it. It's most likely just some personification being used. Kind of like when people refer to things or ideas as if they were people.
